These terms apply to your use of RecompSignal websites, free resources, email materials, and paid digital products. By using the site or purchasing a product, you agree to these terms.
Educational purpose
RecompSignal provides educational and research information. It does not provide medical care, diagnosis, prescribing, individualized treatment plans, dosing recommendations, preparation instructions, injection protocols, or research-chemical sourcing. Consult an appropriately licensed healthcare professional about personal medical decisions.
Evidence and accuracy
RecompSignal works to present sources and uncertainty clearly, but scientific evidence, regulatory status, product labeling, and sponsor-reported information can change. Materials are provided as of their stated evidence-review date and are not guaranteed to remain complete, current, or error-free after that date.
Digital-product license
Unless a product states otherwise, a purchase grants one purchaser a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the delivered files. You may download, store, and print copies for your own use. You may not resell, redistribute, publicly post, share access to, remove attribution from, or create a competing product from the files without written permission.
Checkout, delivery, and taxes
Paid products are sold and delivered through Gumroad. Gumroad handles checkout, payment processing, applicable transaction taxes, receipts, and digital access under its own terms. Product access is normally available immediately after successful payment through the receipt or Gumroad library.
Refund policy
For the RecompSignal Evidence Companion, refund requests may be submitted within 14 calendar days of purchase by emailing john@recompsignal.com from the purchaser email address. Include enough purchase information to locate the transaction, but do not send payment-card details. Approved refunds are processed through Gumroad. Processing time and continued file access are governed by Gumroad. Rights that cannot legally be waived remain unaffected.
Included update
The Evidence Companion purchase includes one complimentary revised edition released within six months of the original purchase. RecompSignal may use the purchaser email address to provide access or delivery instructions for that included update. This entitlement does not create an ongoing subscription.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the site, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with site operation, submit harmful code, impersonate another person, or use RecompSignal materials to misrepresent evidence or regulatory status.
Third-party services and links
The site links to third-party services and scientific or regulatory sources. RecompSignal does not control their availability, content, security, or privacy practices. A link does not imply endorsement unless explicitly stated.
Availability and changes
We may correct errors, update materials, change prices, modify or discontinue features, or revise these terms. Changes apply prospectively from the posted revision date and do not remove purchase rights already expressly granted.
